DYNAMIC YOGA
A fun and invigorating sequence with the focus on linking movement and breath to create a strong vinyasa flow. This class will make you sweat! Strengthen the body, develop the core, increase flexibility and improve balance and posture while bringing calmness and clarity to the mind!

MOVING MEDITATION
A soft-flowing vinyasa class, which focuses on opening and expanding the energy of the body while at the same time releasing tension and focusing concentration. A short meditation practice at the close of the class will enhance self-awareness and assist the release of stress.

YIN YOGA AND FASCIAL RELEASE

In this class we are going deeper into our fascia by holding each position for at least 3 minutes (up to 8 minutes). We are using our breathe to get rid of tensions and to calm the whole system. Sometimes I am adding foam rollers as a “warm up” to this class, and during the class yoga props as blocks can be useful. Meditation and breathing techniques takes a big place in this class.

S.U.P. YOGA
This class is placed out on the water. If the class take place at sea, we start our class with a warm up on the beach and then we paddle out together for the rest of our class which includes a lot of core work and balance, but also breathing and meditation – This class is amazing in the early mornings!

HANDSTANDS & INVERSIONS
A playful and fun workshop. While moving dynamically we are focusing on learning the correct technique and alignment for poses such as handstands, headstand and forearm stand. You do not need to have an established inversion practise to attend.
